Customers can cancel the paragliding tour up to 7 days before the departure date without any cancellation fee.

   If the tour is canceled between 3 to 6 days before the departure date, customers will be charged 50% of the tour cost.

   Canceling the tour within 2 days before the departure date will result in no refund.

   Customers need to send a cancellation request via email or phone to Đồi Bù Adventure.

   The cancellation request will be confirmed in writing via email or message after receiving the customer’s request.

   Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the cancellation request is accepted.

   The refund amount will be transferred to the bank account or payment method used by the customer when booking the tour.

   Customers can request to change the departure date up to 7 days before the original departure date without any fee.

   If the departure date is changed between 3 to 6 days before the original departure date, customers will be charged 20% of the tour cost.

   Requests to change the departure date within 2 days before the original departure date will not be accepted and will be treated as a tour cancellation.

   In case of bad weather or other force majeure conditions that prevent the paragliding tour from taking place as planned, customers will be rescheduled or refunded the full tour cost.
